We currently ship within the United States and Canada only.
We do not offer international shipping outside these regions.

4. Delivery Estimates

Estimated delivery times vary:

  • U.S. Mainland: 3–7 business days.
  • Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada: 5–10 business days.
    Delays due to weather, customs, or carrier issues are beyond our control.

If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us within 48 hours of delivery or expected delivery date.
We will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.

6. Wrong Address or Delivery Failure

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.
Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may incur additional shipping fees.

7. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Tres Jolie LLC is not responsible for customs fees or taxes applied to Canadian shipments.
All such charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
