Shipping and Returns
Shipments:
Self-collection from the chain’s branches – free.
Home courier delivery: 3–7 business days (excluding the order day).
For purchases up to $60 (≈ ₪230) – home delivery costs $6.50.
For purchases over $60 – free home delivery.
Exchanges / Returns:
If you are not interested in the item you received, you may return it at any of the chain branches at no cost. Please arrive with the invoice you received by email after purchasing on the website.
Please note: returns only are accepted at branches. Exchanges, credits, and refunds are processed through the company’s offices (according to the policy in the regulations).
Return via courier:
If your order total was up to $60 and you paid a delivery fee, the first return is free via our courier who will collect the product from you.
If your order total was over $60 and you received free delivery, a return via courier collection will cost $6.50.
For returns of more than two items, a delivery fee of $13 will be charged.
